Color Issues

PicPanels.com uses industry standard methods to design and print products. We do not guarantee any exact color match. We suggest ordering a sample product to see the colors in person. PicPanels.com is not responsible for any color variation between your monitor and the printed product.

Production

PicPanels.com production facilities are in the USA. We do not guarantee production time. We will make every effort to produce your order as quickly as possible.

Our production facilities are located in the USA. We do not guarantee that we will produce all orders in the USA.

Design Proofing

PicPanels.com will not proof any design for errors. Please double check all design features before submitting. PicPanels.com is not responsible for any errors in the design.

Delays

Production delays may occur due to holidays, ordering delays or delays in shipping. These delays are unavoidable and based on the shipping company’s delivery schedule. We have no control over delays in shipping.

Refunds, Returns, Replacements

Due to the custom nature of the product, PicPanels.com does not accept returns unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review your request and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Defective products include defects such as damage during shipping, bubbles, dents or other issues due to manufacturing. If the issue is due to customer design or upload error, we will not replace or refund the product.

If we approve the return, the customer must return the product within 15 days from approval.

Customer must request a refund within 30 days from order.
